Once we receive a prescription from the patient's physician we take the responsibility for obtaining authorization or eligibility by contacting the insurance company. Our clinical pharmacists consult one-on-one with patients and are highly experienced in treatment protocols and products.
Our nurses schedule patient appointments and monitor the patient's progress. High tech infusion nurses stay with the patient for the entire infusion.
